The Cool Chain Health Check is a consultancy product that reviews all or part of a Cool Chain. The review covers product, information, communication and financial flows within a cool chain in order to gain a full end to end understanding. Once the current cool chain has been adequately understood, then cool chain re-engineering can take place in order to drive efficiencies, save costs and make the cool chain a value adding part of the business.

The process typically takes 4 weeks in order to drive a sense of urgency and capitalise on any savings as soon as possible.
